How season rankings will work

Public rankings are planned. The rules below describe the proposed approach; a scoring formula and eligibility rules will be published before a live season begins.

Voluntary participation

Your workspace starts private. You choose whether to publish a profile or participate in a season.

Comparable periods

A season uses a common observation window. Each profile shows the period, trade count and data coverage so readers can see the limits of the comparison.

Verified records

Live rankings will require verified full-period account records. Self-reported CSVs and selected winning trades alone will not earn a verified ranking. Cash transfers and fees must be accounted for in the published calculation method.

Visible metrics

Return, maximum drawdown and trade count will be shown together. Maximum drawdown describes the largest peak-to-trough decline during the observation period. Different account types and simulated results will be clearly separated.

Calculations and AI

Code will calculate metrics using published rules. Claude will help explain the records and prepare editable reviews with source references. An AI-written assessment will not determine the ranking.

What a ranking represents

A ranking describes the observed records for a particular period. It does not establish future results or recommend a trader, security or trade to follow.
